AgendaTalk
AgendaTalk is a personal planner web app with a voice and AI assistant.
Create and organize tasks, appointments, time blocks and notes on a calendar by speaking, typing, or dragging items. The AI assistant turns requests like "meeting with Ana tomorrow at 3pm" into calendar items, and optional WhatsApp reminders help you keep your schedule. Your planner also works offline and syncs when you reconnect.

Data we collect:
account email and name (from sign-up or a sign-in provider), optional profile photo, the planner items, notes, lists and attachments you create, assistant conversations, preferences (time zone, language, reminders), an optional WhatsApp number, and premium purchase records (card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by AgendaTalk). Voice commands are converted to text by your browser's speech-recognition feature; audio notes are uploaded and transcribed.
Google user data:
"Continue with Google" requests only the basic openid, email and profile scopes, used solely to create and identify your account, keep you signed in and show your name. AgendaTalk does not access Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive or Contacts; does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. AgendaTalk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use data:
to provide and sync the planner, run the AI assistant, transcribe audio notes, send WhatsApp reminders you enable, process premium purchases, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising trackers.
Processors:
Base44 (hosting, database, authentication, storage, AI and transcription), Google Sign-In when selected, Wix Payments (checkout and account-email association), Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API (destination phone number, reminder title and date/time), and your browser's speech service.
Security, retention and deletion:
data is encrypted in transit and access-isolated per user. You can delete items and lists using the app controls. Request deletion of conversations, operation history and public uploaded files by email. Clear site data on each device separately to remove offline copies; deleting an item does not automatically remove all historical or hosted-file copies.
